The base of the trolley where the bottom of the bag sits folds up and sits flush against the main trolley frame. The wheels can be removed and the bag folds flat. Trolley can then be stored in narrow spaces or transported in the car easily.

        Q: Do these trollies have the bag attached to the base, or just sitting on the base without fasteners?

        A: The bag is not attached to the base of the trolley, it is held on by a velcro strap at the top of the bag

        Q: how I attach the wheels

        A: The most common scenario is that the black plastic caps are still attached to the end of the axle. They are intended to be used for protection during shipping. Once they are removed, the wheels will attach directly to the axle. To remove, push the large round button in the middle of the wheel and pull out. Push until a definite click is heard or bump is felt. That way you know the wheels are installed properly
